Artopia is not selective, it is inclusive. Any artist in WA can take part and we leave the visitor to form their own opinion about the art. All events are FREE with very few exceptions.
Visiting Artopia – how you can take part as a visitor
Use the printed Guide* or the Program section of this website to plan your visits to meet artists and to see their work. Whether you decide to walk, cycle, drive or take public transport, look out for the Artopia signs, as some of the venues are really tucked away!
The jam-packed program includes:
- The Big Draw: You can join in too! No experience necessary! Rekindle your love of drawing by taking part in one or more of the 12 Big Draw events across the state. Suitable for all ages. More info.
- Up to 100 open studios
- Art trails, sculpture walks, tours, workshops and talks
- Distinctive events, art prizes and exhibitions
- Artabout – a free shuttle bus around the Northbridge venues in Perth on Sun 23 Sep + Fri 5 Oct. More info.
- Book a luxury art lunch or cocktail function now (ticket cost applies). Contact us for information.

Artists@Work 07 Be inspired to host an artist at your workplace. Artists are charging up the creative energy of teams and building connections within your community. The results of some partnerships will be on show for the public.
